- You shall not attempt to reverse engineer, alter, or modify any part of the Service;
- You shall comply with all other terms and conditions of these Terms of Use.
To access and use the Service's features, you acknowledge and agree to provide Shabab with your mobile phone number and the mobile phone numbers of any third parties with whom you wish to share the Service. When providing phone numbers, you must ensure the information is accurate and complete. You hereby expressly authorize Shabab to use the phone numbers you provide to grant you access to the Service. You may not use another person's phone number without their permission. You are solely responsible for the status information displayed on your phone number. If you discover any security breach or unauthorized use of your phone, you must immediately notify Shabab.
Although Shabab is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account, you may be liable for damages incurred by Shabab or others as a result.
We periodically revise these Terms to reflect updates to service features, the consolidation of multiple applications or services operated by us or our affiliates into a single integrated service or application, or regulatory changes. For material changes to these Terms, we will generally make reasonable efforts to notify all users through platform announcements or similar means.
However, you are responsible for periodically reviewing these Terms to understand any changes. The “Last revised” date at the beginning of these Terms indicates the effective date of the latest version. Your continued access or use of the Service after new Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must cease accessing or using the Service.

Through proprietary technology and meticulously designed systems, we ensure a seamless experience, enabling you to connect and share life through real-time video, chat, text, photo sharing, interest exchanges, music interactions, video exchanges, and conversations.
-Research methods to improve products and applications.
We are continuously committed to optimizing our products, conducting research to develop and test existing offerings while launching new ones. This involves analyzing user data to understand how people interact with our products. Simultaneously, we focus on advancing technologies such as artificial intelligence, machine learning systems, and augmented reality to ensure product safety and reliability—for instance, enhancing capabilities to detect and remove illegal content.
-A secure environment.
We place high priority on platform security. We have deployed technical systems supported by professional teams to detect product misuse. Upon identifying inappropriate content or behavior, we will take action, including but not limited to account suspension or termination. When inappropriate content or behavior is detected, we may share relevant data with affiliated companies and third parties.
-Access our products worldwide.
To operate our products globally, we need to store and distribute data worldwide, including in regions outside your country of residence. This infrastructure includes third parties assisting in supporting our products and our affiliates.
Nothing in these terms shall exclude or limit our liability for any loss that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable law. You may suffer any loss or damage arising for the following reasons:

(II) Or any loss or damage resulting from any relationship or transaction between you and any advertiser or sponsor whose advertisement appears on the Service;
(III) Any changes we make to the Service, or the permanent or temporary discontinuation of the Service (or any feature within the Service).
(IV) Deletion, corruption, or failure to store any content or other communication data maintained or transmitted as a result of your use of the service;
(V) Your failure to provide us with accurate account information; or
(VI) Your failure to maintain the security and confidentiality of your password or account information.
Please note that we provide our platform solely for personal use. You agree not to use our platform for any commercial or business purposes, and we shall not be liable for any losses you incur due to loss of profits, business, goodwill or commercial reputation, business interruption, or loss of commercial opportunities.
If defective digital content provided by us damages your device or digital content due to our failure to exercise reasonable care, we will repair the damage or provide compensation. However, we shall not be liable for damage that could have been avoided by installing free updates as recommended by us, or damage resulting from your failure to correctly follow installation instructions or meet our recommended minimum system requirements.
The foregoing limitation of liability shall apply to you regardless of whether we were informed of or should have been aware of the possibility of such loss occurring.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, any disputes arising between you and any third party (including but not limited to any carrier, copyright holder, or other user) in connection with your use of the Services shall be resolved directly between you and such third party. You hereby irrevocably release us and our affiliates from any and all claims, demands, and damages (whether actual or consequential losses) arising out of or related to such disputes, regardless of their nature, type, or whether known or unknown.
We process and store your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
You understand that we may use carrier-delivered mobile messages (SMS) to verify ownership of the mobile phone number registered by users of our applications or services. We use carrier-delivered mobile messages solely for verification purposes, and such operations will strictly adhere to their Privacy Policy.
We will take reasonable measures to store or retain your content related to the Product.
You may submit product-related comments, suggestions, or feedback (hereinafter referred to as “Feedback”) to us through the feedback submission channels we provide or the “Reviews” page in app stores. You agree that we hold an exclusive license to such Feedback and have the right to use it for any commercial or other purpose without paying you or any other person any compensation or attribution. We are under no obligation to treat any Feedback as confidential information. You agree that you will not acquire any rights to the Product (or any changes, modifications, or corrections thereto) by providing any Feedback. You further acknowledge that you are solely responsible for all content you submit, including its legality, reliability, appropriateness, originality, and copyright issues.
-Third Party technology
This application may contain software and other technologies owned and controlled by third parties, and may also be incorporated into such third-party software or technologies. Any third-party software or technology incorporated into this application is subject to these terms.
This application may allow you to add background music during voice and video calls. Music content is provided by third-party vendors exclusively for use with this application and is subject to their terms and conditions. Misuse of their products and services is strictly prohibited.
-Third Party Fees
For specific devices, we may request your permission to use your native messaging app to send messages or invitations to non-registered users of the product, provided these individuals are actively selected by you for communication. Some of these services may incur additional charges, and you shall bear all related costs and risks.

This service may contain links or references to other websites or services, provided solely for your convenience (“Reference Sites”). We do not endorse any such Reference Sites. Accessing and using Reference Sites (including any information, materials, products, or services available on or through them) is entirely at your own risk.
Any communications or business dealings you have with advertisers discovered through this service are entirely between you and the advertiser. We assume no responsibility for any agreements you enter into with such advertisers and are not a party to any such agreements.
The product is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranty. We hereby disclaim to the fullest extent possible all warranties, terms, or conditions, whether express or implied, statutory or otherwise, including but not limited to warranties, terms, or conditions regarding merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, satisfactory quality, conformity to description, title, non-infringement, and the accuracy of the information generated.
We do not guarantee that the content displayed or transmitted through the product will be uninterrupted or free from errors, viruses, or other harmful components, nor do we guarantee that any such issues will be corrected. We make no warranties or representations regarding the use of the application or service or the results obtained from such use.
Accordingly, you acknowledge and agree that we (and any app store from which you downloaded this application) shall not be liable for any responsibility arising from or related to your use of this application and/or any services. Your sole right or remedy for any issues or dissatisfaction with the application and/or any services is to immediately uninstall the application and cease using the application and all services. You further acknowledge that we (and Apple or Google, as applicable, in their capacity as App Store providers) assume no obligation to provide maintenance or support services for the Application and/or Services.
